Saxon have announced the retirement of guitarist and founding band member Paul Quinn. The reason is that Quinn can’t keep up with the touring schedule. But he will continue to be a member of the band, for the recordings and will play in some selected shows. A replacement has not yet been found, this will not affect the March concerts in Europe but the South American tour will be cancelled. Finally, as is known, they are expected to appear on 07/07/2023 at RockWave Festival 2023, but it seems unlikely that there will be a problem.
