Ghost beat Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, The Hallo Effect and Watain to win the Swedish Grammy Award in the Hard Rock/Metal Album of the Year category. They were also nominated in two more categories, “Artist of the Year” and “Album of the Year ” but they lost the awards to electro-pop artist Tove Lo. It’s not the first time that Ghost has reached the Grammys, they have been nominated six other times, three of which have won the Hard Rock/Metal Album of the Year award.
